3No Guarantee of Acceptance or Processing Time

BB File does not guarantee:

• Acceptance or approval of any filing
• Processing times or filing outcomes

All filings are reviewed and accepted or rejected solely by the respective state's Secretary of State or Division of Corporations.

4User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information
• Reviewing all information before submission
• Meeting all legal filing deadlines

BB File is not responsible for errors, omissions, rejections, late fees, penalties, or administrative dissolution resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

5Deadlines & Late Fees

Each state has specific deadlines for Annual Reports and other required filings. Missing these deadlines may result in late fees, penalties, or dissolution.

BB File does not guarantee deadline reminders and is not responsible for late fees or penalties incurred due to missed deadlines.

6Fees & Payments

All fees are due at the time of purchase.

Service fees are separate from and in addition to state filing fees charged by the respective state agencies.

State fees and late fees are non-refundable. Service fee refunds, if any, are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

7Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that policy.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BB File shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

BB File's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BB File, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
