BB File does NOT act as a Registered Agent (unless explicitly contracted for such service), does not provide registered office services, and does not accept service of process on your behalf.
We do not represent you before any government agency and do not have authority to make legal decisions for your business.

6No Guarantee of Acceptance or Processing Time
BB File does NOT guarantee:
- Acceptance or approval of any filing by state agencies
- Processing times, turnaround times, or filing outcomes
All filings are subject to review and acceptance by the respective state's Secretary of State or Division of Corporations, which has sole discretion to accept, reject, or require corrections.
7Deadlines, Late Fees & Compliance
Each state has specific deadlines for Annual Reports and other required filings. Failure to file on time may result in late fees, penalties, or administrative dissolution.
While we may provide general deadline information, you remain solely responsible for meeting all filing deadlines. BB File is not responsible for late fees, penalties, or other consequences resulting from missed deadlines.
8Service Fees & State Fees
BB File charges a service fee for filing assistance, which is separate from and in addition to any state filing fees charged by the respective state agency.
State filing fees and late fees are set by each state and are non-refundable. Service fees are charged for work performed and are generally non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
9Refund Policy Reference
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Disclaimer.
Submitting an order constitutes acceptance of that policy.
