Formed Before July 1, 2003
Annual reports are due on the date listed on their last annual report.

Due Date
Annual or biennial reports are due August 31 for all nonprofits, cooperatives, and religious corporations.
Biennial Option
Both corporations and nonprofits can elect to file biennially, submitting reports every other year instead of annually.
